Delete account from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the FixyPrompt app. Follow these steps:
- Open the FixyPrompt app on your device.
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar).
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Read the confirmation dialog and tap "Delete" to confirm. This action cannot be undone.
Important: If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play subscriptions before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Cannot access the app?
If you cannot sign in or access the app, contact us and we will delete your account manually:
Please include the email address associated with your FixyPrompt account. We will respond within two business days.
What gets deleted
When your account is permanently deleted, the following data is removed from our systems:
- Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
- Your prompt history and saved improvements
- Your library and favourited prompts
- Your app settings and preferences
- Usage records associated with your account
Data retention notice: Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law, for security purposes, or to resolve disputes (for example, transaction records relating to a Google Play purchase). Retained data is not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

حذف الحساب من التطبيق
أسرع طريقة لحذف حسابك هي مباشرةً من تطبيق FixyPrompt:
- افتح تطبيق FixyPrompt على جهازك.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات (شريط التنقل السفلي).
- انتقل لأسفل إلى قسم الحساب.
- اضغط "حذف الحساب".
- اقرأ رسالة التأكيد، ثم اضغط "حذف" للتأكيد. هذا الإجراء لا يمكن التراجع عنه.
تنبيه: إن كان لديك اشتراك فعّال، ألغِه من اشتراكات Google Play قبل حذف الحساب. حذف الحساب لا يُلغي اشتراك Google Play تلقائياً.
لا تستطيع الوصول إلى التطبيق؟
إن لم تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول، راسلنا وسنحذف حسابك يدوياً:
أرسل البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك. نرد عادةً خلال يومي عمل.
ما الذي يُحذف
عند حذف حسابك نهائياً، تُزال البيانات التالية من أنظمتنا:
- ملف حسابك (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الصورة)
- سجل prompt وتحسيناتك المحفوظة
- مكتبتك والـ prompts المفضّلة
- إعدادات التطبيق والتفضيلات
- سجلات الاستخدام المرتبطة بحسابك
ملاحظة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات: قد تُحتفظ ببعض السجلات لفترة محدودة عند اقتضاء القانون، أو لأغراض أمنية، أو لتسوية النزاعات (مثل سجلات المعاملات المتعلقة بمشتريات Google Play). لا تُستخدم البيانات المحتفظ بها لأي غرض آخر. راجع سياسة الخصوصية للتفاصيل الكاملة.
