سياسة الخصوصية

توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق FixyPrompt، ولماذا يجمعها، ومع من تُشارَك، وكيف يمكنك التحكم بها أو حذفها.
الأهم أولاً: عندما تطلب تحسين prompt، يُرسَل نص هذا الـ prompt إلى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي — OpenAI — ليُعالَج هناك ويعود النص المحسّن. هذه هي الطريقة الوحيدة التي تعمل بها الميزة الأساسية للتطبيق. لا تُستخدم نصوصك لتدريب نماذجنا، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.

لا يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع أو جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو ملفات جهازك، ولا يصل إلى أيٍّ منها.
٢. معالجة الذكاء الاصطناعي لدى طرف ثالث
نص الـ prompt الذي تُدخله يُرسَل عبر خوادمنا إلى OpenAI لمعالجته وإعادة نسخة محسّنة. يعني ذلك أن نصك يغادر جهازنا ويُعالَج على بنية OpenAI، وقد يكون ذلك خارج بلدك.
- لا ترسل معلومات سرية أو حساسة داخل الـ prompt.
- لا نرسل اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني مع نص الـ prompt.
- تخضع معالجة OpenAI لشروطها وسياسات خصوصيتها الخاصة بواجهات برمجة التطبيقات.
٣. الجهات التي تعالج البيانات نيابةً عنا

٤. الروابط المشتركة
عند مشاركة prompt، يُنشئ التطبيق رابطاً عاماً غير قابل للتخمين. من يملك الرابط يستطيع قراءة محتواه دون تسجيل دخول، ولا يظهر فيه اسمك ولا بريدك. المشاركة اختيارية لكل prompt على حدة، ويمكنك التراجع عنها في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق فيتوقف الرابط عن العمل.
٥. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بحسابك وسجلّك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك المرتبطة به — بما فيها سجل الـ prompts والاشتراكات — من قاعدة بياناتنا. قد تبقى سجلات فوترة لدى Google Play وفق سياساتها ومتطلباتها القانونية.
٦. حقوقك
- التصدير: يمكنك تنزيل نسخة من بياناتك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← تصدير بياناتي).
- الحذف: يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته من داخل التطبيق.
- إيقاف التحليلات: من إعدادات التطبيق، دون التأثير على عمل الخدمة.
٧. الأطفال
FixyPrompt غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمنا بذلك حذفنا البيانات.
٨. الأمان
تنتقل كل البيانات عبر HTTPS حصراً؛ التطبيق يرفض أي اتصال غير مشفّر. تُخزَّن رموز الجلسة في مخزن مشفّر على جهازك ولا تُنسَخ إلى نسخ Google الاحتياطية.
٩. تغييرات هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة. سيتغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة، وسنُخطر بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق.

This policy explains what data the FixyPrompt app collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and how you can control or delete it.
The most important part first: when you ask FixyPrompt to improve a prompt, the text of that prompt is sent to a third-party AI provider — OpenAI — where it is processed and an improved version is returned. This is the only way the app's core feature can work. Your text is not used to train our models, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
1. What we collect

The app does not request or access location, contacts, camera, or the files on your device.
2. Third-party AI processing
The prompt text you enter is sent through our servers to OpenAI for processing and return of an improved version. This means your text leaves our infrastructure and is processed on OpenAI's, which may be outside your country.
- Do not put confidential or sensitive information inside a prompt.
- We do not send your name or email address alongside the prompt text.
- OpenAI's processing is governed by its own API terms and privacy policy.
3. Who processes data on our behalf

4. Shared links
When you share a prompt, the app creates an unguessable public link. Anyone holding that link can read its contents without signing in; your name and email are not shown. Sharing is opt-in per prompt and revocable at any time from inside the app, after which the link stops working.
5. Retention
We keep your account and history for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, the data associated with it — including prompt history and subscription records — is deleted from our database. Billing records may be retained by Google Play under its own policies and legal obligations.
6. Your rights
- Export: download a copy of your data from inside the app (Settings → Export my data).
- Deletion: delete your account and its data in the app.
- Opt out of analytics: in app settings, without affecting the service.
7. Children
FixyPrompt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
8. Security
All data travels over HTTPS only; the app refuses unencrypted connections. Session tokens are held in encrypted storage on your device and are excluded from Google device backups.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and we will notify you in the app of material changes.
