كيف ألغي اشتراكي؟
تُدار الاشتراكات عبر Google Play وليس من داخل التطبيق. افتح اشتراكات Google Play، اختر FixyPrompt، ثم «إلغاء الاشتراك». ستبقى مزايا خطتك فعّالة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
دفعت ولم تُفعّل الخطة
افتح التطبيق واذهب إلى شاشة الأسعار ثم اضغط «استعادة المشتريات». إذا استمرت المشكلة، راسلنا وأرفق رقم الطلب من إيصال Google Play.
هل يمكنني استرداد المبلغ؟
يتم الاسترداد عبر Google Play وفق سياساتها. اطلبه من سجل طلباتك. لا نستطيع معالجة الاسترداد نيابةً عن Google.
غيّرت الجهاز
سجّل الدخول بنفس حساب Google، ثم اضغط «استعادة المشتريات» في شاشة الأسعار.

تصدير بياناتي
الإعدادات ← تصدير بياناتي. ستحصل على ملف يحتوي حسابك وسجلّك.
حذف حسابي
الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يحذف ذلك بياناتك من قاعدة بياناتنا نهائياً. إن كان لديك اشتراك فعّال، ألغِه من Google Play أولاً حتى لا يتجدّد.
الاستخدام
ما حدود الخطة المجانية؟
عدد محدود من التحسينات يومياً، ويُعاد ضبط العدّاد كل ٢٤ ساعة. تعرض شاشة الأسعار حدود كل خطة بالتفصيل.
هل تُقرأ نصوصي؟
يُرسَل نص الـ prompt إلى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي (OpenAI) لمعالجته — هذه هي طريقة عمل الميزة. لا ترسل معلومات سرية. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
هل التطبيق يعمل بالعربية؟
نعم، بالعربية والإنجليزية، ويحسّن الـ prompts بكلتا اللغتين.

Subscriptions
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not inside the app. Open Google Play subscriptions, select FixyPrompt, then Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
I paid but my plan did not activate
Open the app, go to the pricing screen and tap "Restore purchases". If that does not resolve it, email us and include the order number from your Google Play receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Request one from your order history. We cannot process a refund on Google's behalf.
I changed device
Sign in with the same Google account, then tap "Restore purchases" on the pricing screen.
Account and data
Export my data
Settings → Export my data. You will receive a file containing your account and history.
Delete my account
Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your data from our database. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play first so it does not renew.
Using FixyPrompt
What are the free plan limits?
A limited number of improvements per day, with the counter resetting every 24 hours. The pricing screen shows each plan's limits in detail.
Is my text read by anyone?
Prompt text is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) for processing — that is how the feature works. Do not include confidential information. Details in the privacy policy.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes — in both Arabic and English, and it improves prompts in both.
