شروط الاستخدام

باستخدامك تطبيق FixyPrompt فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
١. الخدمة
FixyPrompt خدمة تعيد صياغة نصوص الـ prompts وتشرح التحسينات. النتائج تُنتَج بواسطة نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي، وقد تكون غير دقيقة أو غير مناسبة لغرضك. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة أي مخرجات قبل الاعتماد عليها، خصوصاً في السياقات المهنية أو الطبية أو القانونية أو المالية.
٢. الحساب
تحتاج إلى حساب Google لتسجيل الدخول. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يجري عبر حسابك، وعليك إبلاغنا إذا لاحظت استخداماً غير مصرّح به.
٣. الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز استخدام FixyPrompt في:
- أي غرض غير قانوني أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
- إنتاج محتوى يحرّض على الكراهية أو العنف أو استغلال القاصرين.
- محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو تجاوز حدود الاستخدام أو الوصول لحسابات غيرك.
- إعادة بيع الخدمة أو استخدامها آلياً بما يخالف حدود خطتك.
٤. الاشتراكات والدفع
- تُباع الاشتراكات وتُدار عبر Google Play، وتخضع لشروط Google Play إضافةً إلى هذه الشروط.
- يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائياً في نهاية كل فترة ما لم تُلغِه قبل موعد التجديد بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل.
- تُدار عمليات الإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ من إعدادات اشتراكاتك في Google Play، لا من داخل التطبيق. نحن لا نستطيع إلغاء اشتراك Play نيابةً عنك.
- تُعرض الأسعار بعملتك المحلية في متجر Play، وقد تختلف عن الأسعار المعروضة بالدولار.
- يستمر وصولك إلى مزايا خطتك حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
٥. الخطة المجانية والحدود
تتيح الخطة المجانية عدداً محدوداً من التحسينات يومياً. الخطط المدفوعة تُوصَف بأنها «غير محدودة» ضمن حدود استخدام عادل تمنع الإساءة الآلية.
٦. المحتوى الخاص بك
تبقى نصوصك ملكك. تمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لمعالجتها لتقديم الخدمة فقط — بما يشمل إرسالها إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية. عند مشاركتك prompt عبر رابط عام، فأنت من يجعله متاحاً لمن يملك الرابط.
٧. التوافر
نسعى لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة، لكننا لا نضمن استمرارها دون انقطاع. قد نُعدّل الخدمة أو نوقفها، وسنُخطر بالتغييرات الجوهرية مسبقاً حيثما أمكن.
٨. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا عن قرارات اتُّخذت اعتماداً على مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي دون مراجعة.
٩. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. يجوز لنا تعليق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.

By using the FixyPrompt app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.
1. The service
FixyPrompt rewrites prompt text and explains the improvements. Results are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, particularly in professional, medical, legal or financial contexts.
2. Your account
A Google account is required to sign in. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, and should tell us if you notice unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use FixyPrompt to:
- Do anything unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
- Produce content that promotes hatred or violence, or that exploits minors.
- Disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, or access accounts that are not yours.
- Resell the service or drive it automatically beyond the limits of your plan.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are sold and managed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms in addition to these.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancellations and refunds are handled in your Google Play subscription settings, not in the app. We cannot cancel a Play subscription on your behalf.
- Prices are shown in your local currency by the Play Store and may differ from any US dollar figures displayed.
- Access to your plan continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Free plan and limits
The free plan allows a limited number of improvements per day. Paid plans are described as "unlimited" subject to a fair-use ceiling that prevents automated abuse.
6. Your content
Your text remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service — including sending it to the AI provider as described in the privacy policy. When you share a prompt via a public link, you are the one making it available to anyone holding that link.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue the service, and will give advance notice of material changes where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for decisions made in reliance on AI output without review.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
